A year after starting Ginny on solid foods, she still makes messes like that. :) I have blueberry applesauce stains on my kitchen ceiling that resemble a Jackson Pollack painting.

There's nothing you can do, they will ALWAYS make a disastrous mess! Avocado dries like cement! lol.

Love it! I've finally gotten over the fact that there will be a mess. I still cringe when Chloe rubs her eyes or her hair with a fist full of food. Ugh.... But they are adorable to watch all the same.
So cute!!! Other baby food ideas are steamed green beans or peas and for a fruit - applesauce!!!
